At Rasakaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Not be damaged by the customer

  • Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. After approval, ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund
